Engineered Maintenance Coverage for Lake Mary Commercial Environments
We cover surveillance, access control and network or Wi-Fi systems once they are identified and contracted, subject to eligibility, access and compatibility. Read how the program works across Florida on our maintenance and managed services page.
Monitor
Monitor answers one question every week: is everything still healthy? Automated checks cover your compatible devices, the System Health Report summarizes the results, and critical problems send alerts according to the notification policy in your agreement. Events are captured in an incident and service log, and you get basic system documentation plus maintenance recommendations. Recovery steps and technician time are not part of Monitor.
Recover
Recover lets the system respond on its own before anyone picks up a phone. On supported equipment, and only through actions you approved in advance, it can re-poll a frozen device, restart a service, reboot a camera or recorder, restart a gateway or cycle PoE. Each restart may cause a short interruption, and every attempt is logged with its outcome. We unlock doors remotely only through an approved procedure and designated contacts. Technician help and site visits are separate.
Managed Care
Managed Care brings a technician into the picture for remote work. Beyond health checks and approved recovery, it includes a contracted remote technician allowance for each quarter, possible basic asset enrollment during onboarding and an Annual System Review that is advisory, not a certification. It has no included on-site time.
Priority Care
Priority Care is built for a Lake Mary site where a long outage would hurt operations. It adds contracted remote and on-site technician time to Managed Care, and month-to-month agreements earn on-site time over the first months. After-hours and emergency work stays outside every plan, is billed separately and depends on technician availability, while Priority Care clients get priority access to that schedule.
Response and field scheduling targets tighten as plans move up, and they apply during our published business hours. A target marks when we acknowledge the request, triage it and start service; it does not promise a repair by a certain time. Hurricanes, declared emergencies and widespread outages may suspend or extend targets for Lake Mary sites.
No Lake Mary tier includes continuous human video monitoring, live viewing, alarm verification, police notification or guard services, since the monitoring we do is automated health checking of devices. Tracking recording status does not save or back up footage, which stays available only within your recorder's own retention, and archive or cloud backup is a custom service. On networks, coverage stops at the physical equipment we installed or support, such as switches, access points, gateways, racks, patching and network power, with no IT administration or firewall and security configuration reviews.
Optional Add-On Services
Any Lake Mary customer can order these, with or without a plan, through an accepted quote or work order. Parts, lifts, permits and repairs are separate from each add-on.
Access Rights Review & Report.
Video Footage Search & Export.
Gate Entry / Intercom Inspection.
Camera Cleaning & Health Check.
Network Rack & Equipment Inspection.
Hurricane Readiness Check.
LTE Connectivity & Remote Access
Pool houses and gatehouses can sit far from the main internet connection. As an add-on to an active plan, LTE contributes a dedicated connection, the modem or router and SIM, and monitoring and troubleshooting of the LTE link, while your plan level still decides recovery, support and on-site time. Standalone LTE is a connectivity service only, with the dedicated connection, equipment, remote-access setup for the designated system and troubleshooting of the link. It excludes weekly health reports, automated recovery, technician support, on-site time and plan benefits for the cameras, doors or network, so underlying problems are quoted separately. Both depend on carrier coverage and signal, neither promises speed or uninterrupted service, the line is limited to the designated system with no guest, resident or office internet, and the LTE equipment remains Data Pro property.
Plans care for the systems you already own. New equipment, expansions, lifts, permits and third-party licenses are outside the agreement, and parts are billed separately. Included technician time is labor only and does not roll over, and no plan replaces a manufacturer warranty. Maintenance is not a security or availability promise.
